The following documents are government advice leaflets which give an idea
what might be able to be done. It is usually better to contact us, as it is
always better if we can look at the situation in the real-world, rather than
just follow the advice given in a leaflet.

| To open these forms you will need to have access to either: |
| > Microsoft Word (or a compatible word processor). Word will allow you to read the form, type your details on to it, and email the result to us. |
| > Acrobat Reader (this is a free product made available by
www.adobe.com). Acrobat Reader will allow
you to read the form and to print it out, so you can write the details down and
post the paperwork to us. |
