Badger Drawing CompetitionPrizes for the year-2000 Children's
Drawing and Painting Competition in aid of the N.F.B.G. were awarded at the
Group's A.G.M. on 24th March. The First Prize winners were thrilled to win a badger-watching trip to a hide to see
real wild badgers in their natural habitat (this trip unfortunately had to be put on hold until the
foot and mouth
epidemic is over). In addition all winners received a book on animals,
a badger print, some artist equipment (generously sponsored by Granthams
at Preston) and a very nice certificate.The Lancashire Badger Group is
