Annual General Meeting - 15 May 2010 at Broughton near Preston

AGM DETAILS
This years Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on:
- Date: Saturday 15th May
- Start Time: 6:45pm
- Location: Broughton Village Hall, Whittingham Lane, Broughton, Preston
PR3 5DA
- Speaker: Pauline Kidner from Secret World
- Supper: We will again be providing a hot supper at a modest cost. The
choices are:
- Lancashire Hotpot (£3.50)
- Cheese Bake (£3.00)
- Apple Pie with Cream (£1.25)
- Hot or Cold drinks will also be available, as will a licensed bar.
- It is vital that we know how many people want to have supper.
- YOU MUST BOOK SUPPER IN ADVANCE IF YOU WANT TO EAT. SEE ATTACHED

- Directions: The easiest way is to follow the M6 motorway and exit at
Junction 32, joining the M55 towards Blackpool. After about 0.5 miles, exit
at Junction 1 and look for the A6 (Preston/Garstang). At the roundabout,
take the exit marked for A6/Garstang Road and head north towards Garstang.
After about 0.8 miles turn right at the traffic lights along the B5269
(Whittingham Lane) towards Longridge. Broughton Village Hall is on the
right-hand side after about 400 yards. We are in the large hall, not the
clubhouse. Look for Barry the Badger!

- 7.00pm: Business • Accept minutes of last AGM. • Matters arising. •
Chairman's report. • Treasurers report. • Election of committee. • Any other
business
- 7.45pm Supper
- 8.15pm Guest speaker is Pauline Kidner from Secret World
- Raffle Prize Draw
