AGM 2019

[lead]This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday 23rd March at Salmesbury War Memorial Hall, Cuerdale Lane, Walton-le-Dale, Samlesbury, Preston PR5 0UY from 6.30pm. [/lead]

This year we have Badger Trust director and experienced ecologist and badger rehabilitator Tris Pearce (son of well known George Pearce) joining us to speak about the relationships between bears and badgers!

 

Agenda:

6.30pm – Arrivals and drinks

7.00pm – Chair and Treasurer’s Report

7.20 pm – Business and Election of Officers

7.45pm – Food being served

8.15pm – Guest speaker – Tris Pearce

9.15pm – Raffle and close

Supper

This year we will be providing a hot supper.  It is vital that we know how many people want to have supper and therefore you must book supper in advance  if you want to eat!


If you do not want supper you do not need to book, but there is a donation option if you would like to help with the cost of the event. Please include your membership number in the notes section when you book your supper.

Nominations and Special Resolutions

All persons wishing to nominate anyone for committee, lay down a question or propose a motion, please do so in writing to the Secretary, PO Box 58, Lancaster, LA1 5AF to arrive no later than March 16th 2018 (voting is only by show of hands at the meeting, no arrangements have been made for proxy voting).
