AGM 2024

This year’s AGM will be held on Saturday 16th March at Salmesbury War Memorial Hall, Cuerdale Lane, Walton-le-Dale, Samlesbury, Preston PR5 0UY from 5.30pm to 9.00pm.
This year we have two interesting speakers: Anthony Arak, Passionate Lepidopterist with his talk ‘The Insect Crisis? What Crisis?’. Our other speaker, Sally Heesom from Cumbria Badger Vaccination Project, will be providing a talk entitled ‘For The Love of Badgers’.
Our popular shop will be available for you to stock up on badger goodies and we’ll be having our fun raffle.

Supper

Please order and pay for your food in advance. The two course meals this year are £10.70. And please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding the above.
If you do not want supper you do not need to book For those who do, please include your membership number in the notes section when you book your supper.

All persons wishing to nominate anyone for committee, lay down a question or propose a motion, please do so in writing to the Secretary, PO Box 58, Lancaster, LA1 5AF to arrive no later than March 11th 2023 (voting is only by show of hands at the meeting, no arrangements have been made for proxy voting).
